As part of the successful IPO of UraniumSA in October 2006, Stellar was issued with 10.26 million fully paid ordinary shares in USA and is the largest shareholder, holding over 16% of its issued capital.  Stellar also holds 5.13 million options in USA.

UraniumSA has key focus on exploration for uranium in the Kingoonya palaeochannel and has acquired airborne EM data preparatory to aircore drilling.

In much of this area Stellar holds a 30% JV interest.

Stellar holds 6.667 million options in GOP, exercisable at 20 cents by 30 November 2009.
